Official MediaMAX Events & Expos COVID-19 Statement:
All 2020 Events have been postponed with new show dates scheduled to take place later this year. Exhibitors who have already registered for 2020 spring events will automatically have all applied funds rolled over into their respective shows, for the new dates scheduled. No refunds are being offered to Exhibitors for rescheduled show dates nor will any funds be lost during the roll-over period.
Attendees who already received an “Admit Free Coupon” for any rescheduled show will be eligible to present these coupons at any of the upcoming 2020 & 2021 events for free admittance, no questions asked, regardless of show location.
We are monitoring the situation daily and should further local and federal government recommendations push for continued shutdown of public gatherings, we will continue to reschedule shows into the near future. As soon as we receive indication that it is safe to resume our events, we will do so. In the meantime, the health of the public remains our primary concern and we are working to ensure we’re doing our part to help “flatten the curve.”
In over 175 events produced and promoted, MediaMAX Events & Expos has never postponed nor rescheduled an event, but we understand these are unique times with unique challenges. We are certain that when the immediate threat of the virus is taken care of, we will be able to continue providing Exhibitors and Attendees the same great shows they have grown to know and love.
